How we operate

1. Customers arrange for removal of defective item from car.
2. Customers drop off / ship defective item to us, include contact phone numbers, return address, preferably business purchase order number and a brief fault description.
3. Autotronic begins the repair process if the fault is confirmed. The known solution will be applied and completed within our target response time of 48 hours.
4. Autotronic contacts the customer to request payment if no purchase order given.
5. Autotronic prepares customer's item ready for pickup / shipping.
